Ingredients

    1 lge. head cabbage wedged & cut up
    6 lge white potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters
    6 large carrots peeled and cut up
    1 large yellow onion quartered
    3 cloves of garlic, whole
    3 T. butter
    1 13 oz. pkg. of all beef smoked sausage (cut into 1.5 oz pieces)
    12 cups of tap water

Directions

Layer ingredients in a large stock pot. Pour water over the top and add 3 T. butter. Seasoning with salt, pepper, dash of garlic powder

Serving Size: Makes 10 large dinner plate servings

    Incredible!
    Soooooo good! I added some celery and oh my. The kids loved it and so did I. My boy asked to help me next time so he could learn to make it. - 4/12/21
