    one whole wheat pita pocket
    salad with pepper slices, cucumber slices, tomato slices, carrot shreds mixed with boston lettuce
    soy plain yogurt
    daiya shredded white cheddar cheese substitute


Slice tomatos, cucumer, pepper place in bowl.
Add daiya cheese, 3 tbspns soy yogurt. Mix well.

Mix in with shredded lettuce, maybe 3-5 large leave.
Slit one whole wheat all natural pita and stuff.

Serving Size: makes one pita stuffed with salad, 200 calories!
