    one can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    half can water
    3- 3/4 cup frozen california medley
    1- 5oz can of chicken breast


place all ingrediants in a microwave safe bowl,
mix well
add salt and pepper to taste
microwave for 8 minutes stirring every 3 or so minutes.
i eat mine plain, my mom serves hers over rice or mashed potatoes or noodles.
