Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3/4 c Oats
    1/4 c Bran
    6 egg whites
    80g Isolate Whey Protein powder, vanilla
    1/4 tsp Baking powder
    1 tsp splenda, or other
    1tbsp Olive oil
    2 mashed bananas
    1 tsp vanilla
    3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice.

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
In mixer add egg whites, oil, vanilla, sweetener(liquid) banana.
Mix until light and fluffy, add dry mix.
Put in sprayed muffin tins
Bake until golden brown.

Serving Size: 9 medium muffins
