Introduction

Found this great low fat low sugar recipe and tried them and they are great. Found this great low fat low sugar recipe and tried them and they are great.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup bran and kind
    1 tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 cup orange juice
    2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1 egg
    1/3 cup golden raisins
    1 tbsp. wheat germ

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all of the above ingredients, hold out the wheat germ for now.
Mix well in a bowl using a spoon.
Spoon into greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with the wheat germ.
Bake for 10-15 minutes

Makes 8 muffins.
