Introduction

Ingredients

    11/2 lbs Shrimp, medium-uncooked, peeled, and deveined
    Barilla Whole Grain Rotini Pasta, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Bell Pepper - 1 Medium chopped
    Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 oz
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    2 cups of Brocolli florets, Fresh,
    2 tsp Kraft Parmesan Cheese 100% Grated
    Mushrooms, white, 1 cup sliced
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Broth 15oz can

Directions

In a large pot cook pasta according to package directions.

While pasta cooks:

Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat.
Add onions, peppers, mushrooms and cook until softened 3-5 minutes. (add salt and pepper to taste)

Add chicken broth, oregano and basil - bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add cream cheese and stir constantly. Add shrimp - continue stirring in the cream cheese.

Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and brocolli.

Drain and rinse pasta, and add to skillet. Mix well.

Serve with a small salad and enjoy!
