Ingredients

    Bread, Texas Toast, 12 ounce (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 5 large (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    Light Corn Syrup, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Prepare 11 X 15 in. pan with cooking spray. Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in heavy pan - melt and stir together until smooth. Poor mixture into pan and spread to all sides. Place texas toast in pan. Combine remainder of ingredients, blend and pour over bread. Cover and place in fridge overnight. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 min. No need to serve with syrup.
