Ingredients

    2.5 lb Beef Chuck Tender Roast
    1 pkt. Lipton Beefy onion Soup mix
    1 can Swanson Beef Broth
    1 can Great Value French Onion condensed soup
    1 can (4oz) chunky style portabella mushrooms

Directions

Sear roast in large skillet. Place in slow cooker. Add dry soup mix first and then broth, condensed soup and mushrooms with liquid. Cook on low 7-8 hrs.
