2.25 cups multigrain blend flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, cold & cut into pieces
1 cup shredded zucchini, water squeezed out
1.5 cups shredded old cheddar
1 cup milk
Directions
Sift flour and soda.
Cut in butter.'
Stir in zucchini and cheddar. Add milk and stir until just combined.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased or lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 F. Makes 15 biscuits.
