Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Stalk of Broccoli (cut into bite size pieces)
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    Cajun seasoning (*more or less depending on taste preferences)
    water (1 ounce)
    1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Heat olive oil in a frying pan
Add Broccoli
Add salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning
Stir Fry until a deep green
add water and cover with lid to steam
Steam until water is cooked out (add more if needed) or until brocolli is tender enough to cut through the stem without any pressure.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 servings
