Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised
    3 tbsp canola oil
    1 med yellow onions, raw, chopped
    1 large Green Peppers, chopped
    1/4 tsp Adobo seasoning
    3 tbsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    4 tbsp Cilantro, raw, chopped

Directions

cover pork with approximately 6 cups of water, bring to boil and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from water and cut into 2 inch pieces. In a large saute pan add canola oil and saute yellow onions and peppers approx 5 minutes. Add pork and cook another 10-15 minutes on med/low heat, season with Adobo and Taco Seasoning, cook another 5 minutes, add cilantro stir and cook last 5 minutes on low heat. Warm tortillas and serve with garnish.
