    6 Extra Large Eggs
    1 cup sliced Onions (preferably red onions)
    1 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 dash Black Pepper
    3 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils


Beat the eggs in a bowl and add soy sauce and black pepper. Slice onions thinly. Heat up the skillet with Vegetable Oil. Sauteed the onions. Then add in the eggs.
