2 cups TVP (textured vegetable protein)
2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 packet of Publix Taco Seasoning Mix (no msg!)
Directions
Put the TVP into a bowl with the seasoning packet. Pour in the boiling water and olive oil. Mix well.
Cook over medium heat in a pan sprayed with cooking oil. Cook until lightly browned.
