    1 can Black Beans 15.5 oz, drained and rinsed
    1/2 tsp pure seasame seed oil
    2 TBSP "the great stuff" peanut butter alternative
    1 TBSP Water
    2 TBSP Tomato Paste
    1/2 Fage - 0%, or any non fat greek yogurt
    1/4 cup or 7 slices of jarred Jalapeno Peppers with a lil of the juice
    2 Garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 TBSP fresh Lemon juice


Combine 2 TBSP peanut butter alternative with 1 TBSP water.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Mix well. And chill.

Serving Size: 10 4TBSP servings
