Introduction

Ingredients

10lbs - Chicken
36 cups - Water
6 - Stalks of Celery
6 - Medium Carrots (sliced)
4 - Small Onions
4 - Sprig Parsley
7 cups - Thin Noodles (uncooked) or less
Directions
Cook the chicken until no more blood comes from the chicken or it is falling off the bone(s) in the stock pot. Remove the chicken from pot and finish removing from the bones and take out any bones that may have come off during the cooking. Cut any pieces that need to be cut and put aside until veggies are all cooked.
Add the water and veggies to the pot bringing to a boil then reduce heat and cover. All the veggies to simmer for about 15 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
Once carrots are tender stir in the noodles and chicken. Heat to a boil once again then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 7-10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
When done and dished up sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
