    1 lb ground turkey (can also use ground chicken)
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 c cider vinegar
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 tsp cinnamon

    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 green pepper, diced
    1 15-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained


1. Brown the ground turkey in the oil
2. add chorizo seasonings, onion and green pepper, saute for a few minutes until onion & green pepper are tender
3. add in can of black beans. Saute for a few more minutes until warmed through.
4. Serve each serving over 1/2 cup pumpkin whole wheat couscous
