Introduction

All natural yummy way to get your fruits and omega 3's on the run. Kids love it too. All natural yummy way to get your fruits and omega 3's on the run. Kids love it too.

Ingredients

    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Rice Dream Original rice milk, .25 cup
    Organic cane sugar, 3 tsp
    Omega -3 Flax Oil
    2 tbsp Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 12 berry

Directions

Blend and enjoy. This is a thick "milkshake" like consistency, to make more of a yogurt drink add double the rice milk. Yogurt facilitates the absorption of the flax oil so this is a great way to get your omega 3's in. Organic yogurt is sweeter than the processed brands, so you don't need much (if any) sugar.
