Ingredients

    10 crimini mushrooms
    1 tblsp olive oil
    3 tblsp balsamic vinegar
    1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
    1 tsp thyme, fresh or dried
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk all ingredients except mushrooms in a small bowl. Add mushrooms and mix well. Heat a skillet and add mixture. Cook for 7 minutes, or until mushrooms are cooked through. Add water if necessary to keep the sauce from burning. Serve with rice, polenta, or just with a spoon!

    I like this recipe, got a similar one from Martha Stewart. I only use half an onion, champignons, balsamico, pepper and salt. - 8/11/12
