Ingredients

    1 tbsp. mustard, dijon-style
    1 tsp. honey
    2 slices bread, pumpernickel
    3 oz. ham, lean
    1/4 c. watercress, cleaned

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together te Dijon and honey. Spread the honey-mustard mixture on 1 slice of the bread. Top with the ham and watercress and the remaining slice of bread.
