Introduction

This is a favorite of our family and friends and have shared the recipe often! . Quick, low cal, low carb, low fat and seriously flavorful. No pasta and no beans. If you like it less thick, add only half a large can of sauce. This is a favorite of our family and friends and have shared the recipe often! .
