    Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 oz (softened)
    Canned crushed pineapple in natural juice, 1/2 cup
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, grated
    Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, 1/2 cup
    Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1/2 cup
    Green Onions, raw, 2 finely minced (including green tops)
    Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello), Lime Flavored, small box (.3 oz size)


Set out cream cheese to soften
Grate cucumber
Finely mince 2 green onions
Measure out mayo, sour cream and pineapple
Bring 1 cup water to a boil in medium sauce pan.
Remove from heat and quickly add lime jello.
Beat until dissolved, then add cream cheese and beat until smooth and creamy. Add mayo and sour cream, continuing to beat. Fold in cucumbers, onions, and crushed pineapple. Pour into a 3-1/2 cup mold and refrigerate until it sets--preferably overnight. Before serving, flip mold over onto a plate, garnished with kale leaves.
