    2 small onions (sliced)
    3-4 servings of canadian bacon (chopped)
    4 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
    Mushrooms (chopped)
    2 1/3 C. Skim Milk
    4 Large Eggs
    5 Egg Whites
    8 Slices of Multi Grain Bread (cut into 1 in. cubes)
    6 oz. (7 slices) Jarlesberg Light Swiss Cheese
    1/2 tsp. Thyme
    1/2 tsp. Salt


Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Spray frying pan with Pam and saute onions and canadian bacon for 10 min on medium heat. Add the tomatoes & mushroom and cook about 5 minutes more.
Whisk together the milk, eggs, egg whites, thyme, & salt until blended.
Arragne 1/2 of bread cubes in the bottom of the baking dish, cover with onion mixture, add cheese, add 1/2 of the egg / milk mixture. Complete this process again, making another layer. Cover & chill at least 1 hour or overnight to meld flavors.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour
