    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Low fat cream cheese, 227 grams
    * Salsa, 2 cup
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    * Whole Wheat pasta, cooked (pasta)


Prepare or use any salsa you have on hand. Like any true MEXICAN I always have a container of a spicy chucky salsa made.

Chop Chicken in cubes cook until browned. Mean while boil and cook the pasta of your choice. Once the chicken is fully cooked add all the ingredients except the pasta and cook on med heat. Stir until cream cheese is fully mixed. Once its has boiled toss in the pasta. ENJOY!!!

Serving Size: makes 8- 1 1/2 c. servings
