Introduction

Avocados are just a wonderful food. I love putting them on sandwiches, and then I thought about making a type of spread with them for said sandwiches. I'll never go back to Mayonnaise. Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 HAAS Avocados, No Skin or Seed
    2/3 Cup Chopped Onions (I used yellow)
    3 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
    1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 Tsp Yellow Mustard
    3 Tbsp Chopped, Fresh Chive

    ~~~~You Will Also Need~~~

    Food Processor
    Rubber Spatula
    Spoon (for tasting mix)
    Rubber-Maid Glass Storage Bowl

Directions

1. In a food processor, Combine all ingredients.
2. Puree Mixture
3. Taste your Mix.
4. Add lime to YOUR taste.
5. Transfer into a glass dish with a lid (I like glass rubber-maid dishes with the matching rubber lids)

You can eat it now, OR you may put in the fridge for a few hours to let all the ingredients blend together further.

Makes about 2 cups puree, and about 24 Single Tablespoons.
