    1 large fresh peach
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 container Yoplait Light Peach Yogurt (I used the parfait kind that has the fruit on the bottom and comes with granola) (granola is no included in the nutrition info)
    about 5 icecubes


Cut the peach up and put in blender, add the yogurt, milk, and icecubes. Blend until everything is well blended and mixed together. Pour into glass and enjoy!

You can add the granola, whipped topping, fresh fruit, nuts, or anything else you want to. (None of this in included in nutrition information)

If you use the granola that comes with the Peach Yogurt parfait, it adds 90 calories, 2.5 g fat, 45 mg sodium, 14g carbs, 1g dietary fiber, 5g sugar, and 1g protein.
