    *Pillsbury 9" Refrigerated Pie Crust (entire pie crust), 1 serving
    *Eggland's Best Large Egg, 3
    *Skim Milk, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 4 ounces
    Colby Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    *Onion - Sweet fresh, .25 cup
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1/4 medium
    1T flour


put pie crust in pie pan and bake in 450 oven for 5 minutes (with double foile on top); take out and take off foil, return to over 5-7 minutes until almost cooked. take out and cool

Saute choped onion and pepper in dash of olive oil. chop ham and cook/ slightly. grate cheese. beat eggs, add milk and stir. Add other ingredients to milk/eggs and mix well. Add all to baked pie crust and return to 325 oven for 30-40 minutes.
