    2 large onions, diced
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 green chili, finely diced
    4 lbs. lean ground beef
    2 tins pinto beans
    2 tins black beans
2 tins diced tomatoes with juice
    1 tin tomato paste
1 46 fl. oz. tin tomato juice
    3 tbsp chili powder
    sat & pepper
    1 tbsp chopped parsley

Saute the ground beef on medium heat while preparing your vegetables.
Drain the ground beef and return to the pan after wiping the pan clean. Add all your fresh veg and tinned goods except the tomato juice. Mix well and season. Depending on the size of your pot, you may not get all of the tomato juice in at first. Add as much as you can now. If you have any left, add the remainder as the chilli cooks down a bit.
Cook on medium for 2-3 hours.

Serving Size: This makes a big batch for freezing portions separately. I'm guessing you'd get 24 servings out of this.
