Introduction

This dish is a fave of mine for autumn and winter. Paired with tortilla chips or (a healthier snack) black bean hummus and wasa bread is an awesome way to eat this salsa. Ingredients

    Into a food processor dump 2 (12 oz) bags raw cranberries,
    1/2 c. packed cilantro leaves, finely cut, the juice of 4 limes, 1 T salt, 6 cloves garlic. Pulse on and off till cranberries are in chunky pieces, but not mashed completely. Scrape all into a sauce pan and add 1 c. sugar. Heat over med heat till sugar is dissolved.
    Refrigerate up to several weeks.
