    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 cans reduced sodium beef broth (14.5 oz)
    2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. frozen corn
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 cup uncooked spiral pasta
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


In a large soup pot cook the first 4 ingredients over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Yield: 8 servings
