    24 oz. unsweetened Whole Soy Yogurt
    3 Tbs Nunaturals baking blend stevia.
    You can sub 1/4 c - 1/2 c sugar if you desire, but calories will increase. LIquid vegan sweeteners may also be used but you might want to strain liquid out of the yogurt if you use them.
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp extracts of choice


Mix well. Process as your ice cream maker requires.

This is best eaten the day you make it. It's delicious and creamy but freezes quite hard.
