    3 Ripe Bananas
    2 C quick oats
    1/2 C raisins
    1/4 C Skim Milk
    1 TBSP sugar (or splenda)
    1 TSP Cinnamon
    1 TSP Vanilla
    1/3 C unsweetened applesauce


Makes 24 cookies.

Mash bananas and add all other ingredients. Let stand at least five minutes so oats can absorb moisture. Using heaping TSP put on greased cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes.

These are not a "dessert sweet type cookie" but are very tasty and came in at 50.8 calories each.
You can use any kind of dried fruit you wish, and if you want to include protein, you can add some nuts (that will increase calories)
