    *Bob's Red Mill Soy Flour, 3 cup
    *Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 6 large
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    *C&H® organic agave nectar liquid sweetener, amber, 4 tbsp
    *Peanut butter, MaraNatha organic chunky, 1.5 tbsp

    *Planters Slivered Almonds, .125 cup


Preheat to 350.

Coat muffin tin with coconut oil or use paper cups.

Mix all ingredients together & pour evenly into tins.

Bake for 25 minutes on middle rack.

Sprinkle almonds on top immediately after taking them out of the oven.
