Ingredients

    4 cups of cooked spaghetti squash
    a jar of Prego Heart Smart pasta sauce
    2 cups Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
    2 cups of shredded pizza Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Spray a 9 x13 baking dish
spread out half of the ricotta cheese and then sprinkle with shredded cheese.v
Add the rest of the spag. squash
then layer the ricotta, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes, remove the foil and put it back int he oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes
