If you are trying this recipe in hopes it will taste like Torchy's Tacos queso, you will be extremely disappointed. It tastes NOTHING like it. We followed this recipe to the letter, then called Torchy's and they confirmed their queso doesn't have meat. This is average queso if you like Velveeta. - 4/6/14
