Ingredients

    2 cups dried Cranberries
    1-1/4 cup coarsely chopped Walnuts
    1 cup packed Brown Sugar
    1 cup Water
    2 tsp ground Cinnamon
    6 Gala Apples, cored and chopped (about 3 lbs)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe dish. Microwave at high 20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally.

Yield: 6 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup)
