Ingredients

    1/4 cup canned pumpkin pie filling (NOT canned pumpkin)
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 tsp. Splenda (more or less to taste)
    3 Tbsp. Cool Whip Free, divided
    1 cup brewed coffee (regular or decaf - I brew mine with a little cinnamon and nutmeg in the filter along with the coffee)

Directions

In small saucepan, whisk together pie filling, milk, Splenda and 2 Tbsp. Cool Whip Free for about 5 minutes or until heated through and slightly frothy.

Pour coffee in large mug, add pumpkin mixture, top with remaining Tbsp. Cool Whip Free and enjoy!

Makes 1 large serving.
