    • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
    • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
    • 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 bag (19 oz) Green Giant Broccoli & Carrots with Garlic & Herbs
    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts; cubed
    • 8 oz. (16 oz cooked) Vermicelli

  1. Preheat skillet to MED-LOW. Cook chicken for 15 minutes, flipping continually will prevent burning.
  2. In large saucepan bring water to boil, enough to cover all noodles. Once boiling, half noodles and cook until soft.
  3. In 2 quart sauce pan pour in bag of vegetables. Do not add water.
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat for 14 to 15 minutes (same time as chicken), stirring frequently, until seasoning chips are melted and vegetables are tender. If melted seasoning is not absorbed, cook uncovered 1 to 2 minutes longer.
  5. To saucepan add soup, milk and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
  6. Add chicken and heat through. Serve over noodles.
Serving size is roughly 1 1/3 cup noodles and 1 cup chicken/veggie topping.

  • I could have sworn that when I made this it called for Cream of Mushroom soup, not chicken. I would make it again with Cream of chicken, and I think I would like it much better. - 8/7/07

  • This was very good and different from what we'd been eating in the past. It's even great as leftovers! Didn't have any problems with making it. REVISED ... we ended up with a LOT more leftovers this time. Definately great for groups and easy to make! - 7/20/07
