Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    2 Cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken meat
    1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
    1 (15 ounce) can of Great Norther Beans or navy beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15 ounce) can seasoned diced tomatoes, such as Del Monte Green Pepper and Onion or your favorite flavor
    1 (10 ounce)Can condensed 98% fat free mushroom soup
    1 (14 ounce)can low sodium chicken broth (not condensed)
    Jalepenos or hot sauce - enough to taste
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.

an optional ingredient i did not use is 1 (4 OUNCE) can sliced mushrooms, drained
