1 9" Pie shell

Directions
Thaw pie crust for 10 min., poke holes in bottom with fork.
bake pie crust at 400 for 10 min. and remove to start filling.
place partially cooked pie crust on cookie sheet.
Chop all the veggies you want to put in your Quiche in this case we used: Eggs, half and half and spices of choice were mixed in a bowl and set aside. We used 1/2 tea. ea. of salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic powder
I/4 cup onion, 1/2 cup broccoli cut very small, 4 sausage links, chopped, 4 whole med. eggs, 2/3 cup half and half
1cup spinach, 2 cups cheddar cheese one cup was added to the empty pie shell, then the spinach and then the other ingredients in any order. the egg mixture was poured in and then the remaining cup of cheese was added to the top. We turned the oven down to 350 and cooked for 35 minutes. When your quiche puffs up slightly while cooking take it out and cool.
Serving Size: makes 4 servings @ 22.7 carbs each/9" pie or 8 servings @ 11.3 carbs
