    Apple, Gala (medium), 2 serving
    Pears, fresh, 2 pear, medium
    Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp packed
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), Strips 1 cup,
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, Strips 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Throughly wash fruit and veggies
Do not peal apples and pears
Core and slice fruit thin
slice peppers and peeled carrots
place in a large mixing bowl. Add brown sugar, salt and pepper. Mixed until everything is completed coated.
pour into a 9x13 glass casserole dish that has been treated with a nonstick cooking spray. cover with foil and baked for 45-50 minuted or until veggies are softed but not mushy. Serve immediately
