    2 pounds extra lean ground beef
    1 can Hot Ro-Tel Tomatoes
    Lower Sodium Beef Broth (8 cups total)
    Frozen Mixed Vegetables (6 1/2 cups)
    Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook ground beef.
Mix together all ingredients in pot and heat until hot.
