    20 oz frozen broccoli, thawed
    20 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    2 cans (regular) of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 large onion
    2 cups sharp cheddar
    1 cup Miracle Whip Light or light mayo
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic
    20 Reduced Fat Ritz crackers, crushed


Thaw broccoli and spinach, drain spinach. Chop onion and brown in skillet.

All but Ritz in large bowl and mix well. Pour into greased 13x9 casserole dish and top with crushed Ritz. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
