    7oz lasagna noodles, cooked
    26oz Ragu light
    1 1/2 zucchini, peeled and cubed
    1c mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 onion, sliced
    3T EVOO
    15oz Ricotta cheese
    1c Parmesan, grated


1. Cook lasagna
2. Preheat oven 350degrees
3. Saute onion, mushrooms, zucchini in EVOO. Add Ragu.
4. In dish, layer sauce, noodles then cheese. Repeat.
5. Cover in foil, bake 40mins.
