    .5 tbsp butter (sub olive oil for a healthier option)

    4 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    Sautee in the butter.
    1 tbsp flour
    Add in when the mushrooms are nicely soft. Stir in until mixed thoroughly.
    1 oz marsala wine
    Add, let reduce by half.
    6 oz lowfat milk

Directions

Bring the mixture to a boil, then let simmer until thick. Thicken more if needed by adding a cornstarch slurry. Thin it out with hot water if needed.
