    1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup brown rice
    1 bag (16 oz) frozen broccoli and cauliflour (or your choice of veggies)
    3 skinless boneless thin cut chicken breast


stir the soup, water, rice in bowl. pour in 13x9 pan. pour frozen veggies over rice mix evenly. lay chicken breasts on veggies, sprinkle with paprika. cover and bake 45 min at 375F or until chicken and rice are cooked.
