    Uncle Bens Fast & Natural Instant Brown Rice 1 cup, 6 serving (remove)
    Cheesy Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo, 6 serving (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)


1. Preheat oven 350*. Cut squash into cubes and slice onion. Toss in 2 Tbsp. olive oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg; roast in oven for 45 minutes until tender.

2. Cook rice per instructions on package.

3. Toss alfredo, rosemary, squash/onion blend, and rice until well coated. Add to greased baking dish and top with parmesan cheese.

4. Bake for additional 20 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and serve immediatly. Serves 6.
