Introduction

Directions

Put veggies (except snap peas) in the crockpot.
Add cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Also, add any seasonings you like at this time. We are low sodium, so I sprinkled some Mrs. Dash, fresh cracked pepper and added a bay leaf.
Add chicken (again, seasoned any way you want).
Simmer on low about 6 hours depending on your crockpot. About 20 minutes before serving, add the thawed snap peas and turn to high to cook through.
Serve over rice or potatoes (not calculated in nutrition).
