Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Cereals, corn grits, white, regular, quick, enriched, cooked with water, without salt, .5 cup
    *Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 1 tbsp
    *Trader Joe's Light Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (1/4 cup), 0.5 cup
    *Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 1 serving
    Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz
    Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields

Directions

bring water to a boil, add a dash of salt and grits. Stir. turn to lowest possible setting. cook stirring occasionally for 6-7 mins. once water is absorbed, add cheese and butter. set aside

heat shrimp, scallions, garlic powder, lemon juice, parsley, optional hot sauce. once heated together serve no top of grits mixture
