Ingredients

    4 servings Lipton Dry Vegetable Soup US (Continental Thick Vegetable Soup Australia)
    2 medium Rutabagas (Swedes) sliced
    1 large Onions, raw, sliced
    3 medium Carrots, sliced in chunks
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tblsp Parsley, dried
    13 oz (@380g) Lamb, Australian, forequarter pieces
    4 cups Water
    1 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).

Place all the ingredients together in a casserole dish, cover and cook for aproximately 2 1/2 hours reducing heat to 320F (160 C) after 3/4 hour.

Alternatively you can put all into a slow cooker and cook for the time allotted for in your cooker.

Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
