All u need in one drink!! All u need in one drink!!

    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 cup fresh kale
    1 cup frozen fruit unsweetened
    1 cup v8 fruit fusion juice, light
    2 TBS protein powder
    1 TBS flaxseed


pour ALL ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend til smooth. Pour into a 16oz glass
